Why people call

Too much on your mind. No room to focus.

You’re constantly remembering, checking and chasing. You want less to keep track of, so you can give your attention to what matters most. Every task needs your input, approval or follow-up. You want room to grow, but keeping things moving already takes too much of your time.

More business. More moving parts.

What worked with fewer clients now means scattered information, missed handovers and constant chasing. You need a clearer way to manage the work as demand grows.

You’re ready to delegate. The work isn’t.

You know how things should be done, but the steps are still mostly in your head. Handing work over means explaining it all again.

The same work. A different way every time.

Each client or project starts from scratch. Without a shared way of working, steps get missed, work is repeated and delivery becomes harder to manage.

Portrait of Daniela Reyes

I spent ten years supporting leaders across operations, strategy and investment.

I’m French and have spent over ten years working closely with leaders across the globe. Before consulting, my work spanned business operations, customer experience, business development and strategy, including within investment funds. I saw how growth adds complexity, how hard it is to delegate when the steps are still in your head, and how much extra effort it takes when there’s no consistent way of working. I understand how little headspace that leaves for thinking ahead when your attention is spent keeping everything moving.

Today, I help independent consultants and small service businesses bring clarity to recurring work. I look at the bigger picture, then focus on one workflow at a time. My approach is practical: understand how you work, question what gets in the way and build on what already works.

A workflow is the sequence of steps you follow to get something done. From receiving an enquiry to sending a proposal, onboarding a client or delivering a project. It includes the tasks, information and tools involved, as well as who does what. Even if you’ve never written it down, you already have workflows.

You don’t need to arrive with a clearly defined workflow. Start with what feels difficult: repeated tasks, scattered information, missed follow-ups or steps that depend too much on you. We’ll use those examples to identify a focused workflow to review and agree on the scope before the audit begins.

Plan for around 2 hours and 10 minutes across the review: 5–10 minutes for a short questionnaire, a 90-minute diagnostic session, and a 30-minute follow-up call. You’ll receive your report before the follow-up call. We’ll then walk through the findings and recommendations together, answer your questions, and clarify your next steps. No polished presentation or formally documented process is needed. Time spent reading the report and implementing the recommendations is separate.

Yes. A screen recording can help you show how you currently work, especially when your process involves several tools or documents. It doesn’t need to be polished—just walk me through the steps as you normally would. Sharing a recording is optional. Please hide passwords and any confidential or personal information that isn’t needed for the review.

The aim isn’t to make you start over or force you into a complicated system. Recommendations build on what already works, so your workflow feels like a natural extension of how you and your team operate, not another layer of work to manage. That may mean simplifying steps, organising information or making responsibilities clearer. Where a change would help, I’ll explain why. The goal is the simplest practical approach that fits your needs, not the most technical setup or automation for its own sake.

This offer focuses on reviewing an agreed workflow and giving you a practical improvement report with prioritised actions. The recommendations explain what to improve and how to move forward, and we’ll discuss them during your follow-up call. Hands-on implementation, data migration and complex automation are not included. If you’d like support putting the recommendations into practice, we can discuss that separately.
