This notice explains what happens to the information you share through this website. It is written in plain English and kept short on purpose.
What I collect
When you request a call, I receive what you type into the form: your name, work email, role and company if you add them, a short note about what’s going on, and the format, date and time you choose. I don’t use advertising trackers.
Why I use it
Only to arrange and prepare for our conversation: to send a calendar invite, a confirmation and a reminder, and to reply to you. I never sell or share it for marketing.
Where it is kept
In my email, my calendar and a private booking sheet. These services are provided by third parties who process the data on my behalf and keep it secure.
How long I keep it
If we don’t work together, I delete your details within six months. If we do, I keep basic records for as long as the law requires — usually six years for invoices.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Under UK GDPR you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
